This folk art Country Church is made of reclaimed pine.
(This is for one church)
Hand cut and sanded.
I then use my hand cut stencil to apply the steeple bellfry 'openings' and the doors, and windows.
I hand paint the doors red with lines for raised panel effect and paint mullions on the windows on each side and above the entryway.
The churches are then distressed and a patina wash is applied.
Each one of the churches are individually done and so have variations, no two are identical.
Size: 1 1/2" W X 5 1/2"H X 3 1/2"D.
